Founder Associate

About the role

A Founder Associate would be the director's right hand at Kalima. You'll handle cross-functional work (from customer demos and commercial support to commercial planning and operational processes) so the director can focus on product and strategy. This is a generalist role where you'll switch contexts quickly, own projects end-to-end, and learn how an AI company for manufacturing is built from the ground up.

What you'll do

• •Run customer demos and support commercial activities alongside the director
• •Help prepare commercial materials and operational documents
• •Keep operational checklists, documents, and follow-ups in order
• •Conduct market research and competitive analysis in manufacturing and supply chain
• •Support product and go-to-market projects as needed
• •Automate workflows and improve internal systems and processes
